Houses pay nothing. Members pay a small service fee on each payment, shown before they pay.
The member service fee
1.6% by bank account, never more than $10.00. 3.6% by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay.
Small payments have a small minimum, so processing is always covered and the house always gets the full amount. You see the exact fee before you pay.

Paying several weeks at once costs the same as paying them one at a time. One payment covers 1 to 4 weeks, plus a fine if there is one. Cards must be issued in the US.
For houses
- No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no contract.
- The house gets the full amount each member pays toward it, in a weekly payout with a statement.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The house agrees to Stripe's terms when it connects its bank account.
Refunds
Your house decides refunds of house fees and fines, under its own rules. The service fee is refunded only when a payment went wrong because of a MyCleanPay error. Read the terms
